Sherri Doak hails from St. John’s, Newfoundland and is the mother of three teenage boys. With a BA in Psychology and as a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (Registered Holistic Nutritionist, RHN), Sherri enjoys working with clients to develop a focus on whole food nutrition and food preparation.
“Achieving balance in our lives is essential if we are to achieve optimal health” says Sherri. “Therefore, the mind-body-spirit connection must be addressed if we are to create lasting health and live our best life.” She continues: “We are more than the sum of our parts”
A true holistic practitioner, Sherri holds strongly to the belief that every person is unique, meaning that dietary approaches must be individualized, with an “intuitive” approach to food and eating.
A self-professed “foodie”, Sherri loves to cook and is presently a student of The Holistic Cooking Academy of Canada. At any given moment, you may catch her doing live food demo’s with the latest in fresh, organic ingredients, facilitating guided store tours free of charge, and helping you to make informed, healthy decisions for you and your family.
