Featured Recipe: Goji-Chaga Tea (Immune Boosting)

Goji-Chaga Tea

This immune boosting tea combines the antioxidant properties of Chaga and Goji Berries with the warming properties of Ginger to give you a boost this immune health month!

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet “Four Sigma Foods” Instant Chaga
  • ¼ cup “Mum’s Original” Goji berries
  • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp “Wholesome Sweeteners” coconut sugar
  • 2 cups Filtered water

 Directions:

  1. Bring water to boil and simmer goji berries and ginger for 15 minutes on low heat
  2. Add coconut sugar and instant Chaga, stir well and strain into a mug.
  3. Enjoy the immune benefits of this tea this immune health month.
