Speaker: Karen Gilman is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and mom to two teenage girls who, most of the time, follow a vegetarian diet. For me, preparing vegetarian meals for the past 30 years coupled with the Diploma in Natural Nutrition has provided me with the insight and tools to support families whose children are vegetarian.
