Coconut Yogurt Probiotic Pie

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 ½ Cup Organic Almond Flour
  • 1 ½ Cup Organic Shredded Coconut Unsweetened
  • ½ Cup Organic Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Organic Coconut Oil Melted

Filling:

  • 2 Tubs “Yoso” Coconut Yogurt 440g/ea
  • ½ Cup Organic Coconut Oil Melted
  • ½ Cup Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Organic Lemon Zest

Topping:

  • ¼ Cup Organic Shaved Toasted Coconut

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine all of the crust ingredients.
  • Press crust evenly into a 9” pie dish and place in refrigerator.
  • In a bowl, combine all of the filling ingredients and pour into the crust.
  • Place in freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
  • Top with toasted coconut and serve with a dollop of coconut whip.
