In-Store Items

We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction.

We'll exchange or refund the product for your full purchase price with a receipt within 14 days of purchase and within two (2) days for perishable items (produce, dairy, frozen, meat, deli, cheese and prepared foods).

All products that carry our Always Organic, Always Natural or Always Caring logo are 100% Guaranteed. If you don’t like it, bring it back and we’ll load the full value on a gift card. 

The following item categories are ineligible for a refund:

  1. Items marked for "final sale"
  2. Marked down items
  3. "Professional Lines" of vitamins, supplements, herbs and homeopathic products
  4. Clothing
  5. Personal protective equipment (PPE)
  6. Books, charts and magazines
  7. Housewares

Store credit may be issued without a receipt if the product is unopened.

Online Orders

After you receive your order, if any product(s) are damaged, spoiled or defective, please submit an Online Order Return Request within the first 24 hours of receipt by filling out the form below. Please include the full details and photos of any damage or visible defects. We will issue you a full credit on your account.
